Excluding the period from 9 June to 10 September, it is possible to book at the Residence for short stays (minimum 3 nights). Tariffs will be communicated on request.
SALES TERMS
BEGINNING OF STAY: Saturday between 5.00 and 7.00 p.m.
END OF STAY: Saturday before 10.00 a.m.
CAUTION MONEY: . 200,00 to lodge on arrival and to have back on departure, unless there are damages..
EXTRA CHARGES: Additional bed: a 10% extra on the cost of your stay. Cot . 35,00 a week (.5,00 a day). Dogs allowed: additional charge . 70,00 a week.
Prices Include: V.A.T. and taxes, electricity, air conditioning/heating, change of linen and weekly cleaning for stays exceeding one week (excluding kitchen cooker), common washing machines

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENTS: Two rooms with 2+2 beds, made up of: entrance, living room, kitchen corner with electric cookers, fridge, dishwasher, colour tv, 2 sofa beds, double bedroom, bathroom, furnished terrace and numbered car parking. Table linen not available. Maid service for cleaning is available on request and hourly paid.
